How the Locking System Works

The bar uses a 360-degree rotating dual gear lock at each end to help limit movement once positioned. Spirit levels on both sides assist with horizontal placement, and arrow indicators show the correct rotation direction during installation. The extendable structure allows the bar to fit a range of doorway sizes. The iron core forms the main internal structure and is intended for common body-weight exercises such as pull-ups, sit-ups, and hanging leg raises.
